When you call, email, or submit a quote request, The Gutter Team may receive your name, contact details, city, service interest, and information about the property or work requested.

That information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss the service scope, and maintain business records related to the request. Do not include sensitive personal information in the quote form.

When you submit the quote form, the request may also include the page you entered on, the page where you submitted, referral source, campaign parameters, and advertising click identifiers present in the URL. These details are stored in your browser and sent only with a quote request so the team can understand how the inquiry arrived.

Quote requests are processed through Cloudflare and an email-delivery provider. Spam protection may process technical request details such as the originating IP address. These service providers process information only to operate and protect the form and deliver the inquiry.

Optional Google Analytics is disabled until you choose to allow it. If allowed, it is used to understand page visits and interactions such as phone and quote-request actions. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled, and you can reopen Cookie choices on any page to withdraw consent.
